- Baiting systems: We have discontinued the use of all baiting systems due to the effectiveness of Termidor and Bora Care.

We know how important your timely real estate closing is. Our Wood Destroying Organism Reports are Fast and Thorough. Our metered inspections help detect hidden termite activity not visible by surface inspections. our Florida State Certified WDO Inspectors are experts. If problems are found, those areas are marked and graphed for repair or treatment. We can treat and bond structures upon request. Your WDO report is the current Florida Department of Agriculture form. It is completed on the spot and delivered to you immediately whenever possible.

What to look for and termite facts:
Did you know that a large termite colony has been called a super organism, compared to the equivalent of a 33 lb. animal grazing on your home! You can look for the following signs of infestation in your home or business:
- Walls: Unusual elongated or round holes in the sheet rock, possibly with mud protruding from them, usually at eye level or higher.
- Windows: An accumulation of clear wings on windowsills, holes in the sheet rock along the window jamb, ripples in the windowsill or a papery sound when touched.
- Baseboards: Wrinkled looking wood as if the paint was shriveled up, a hollow papery sound when touched.
- Foundation: Mud tubes from the ground to the sill plate. They appear much like a small vine or piece of yarn. Also check inside corners, especially by doors. Break the tube open and live termites should be visible.
- Garage Door Frame: Look at gaps between lumber. If gaps are full of hardened mud, it could mean active termites.
