Our once a year pest control service includes:

• Complete inspection of your property. Consultation regarding procedure and pest prevention both inside and out.
• Initial inside treatment: all products are applied "crack and crevice" under appliances, switch plates and wall voids away from you and your pets.
• Interior baiting in food preparation and moisture areas.
• Pest monitoring stations in kitchen, pantry, bath and other critical locations.
• Eaves, soffits and facia, includes removal of spider webs, mud daubers and cocoons plus application of residual pesticide.
• Treatment of Attic and Crawl space.
• Treatment of garage including spider web knockdown.
• Building perimeter treatment including Walls, Foundation, Mulch, Beds, 6 ft. perimeter band treatment and expansion joints in concrete near the house.
• Treatment of screen and patio areas.
• Exclusion: Caulk or seal construction flaws/entry points into your home by unwanted critters.
• Treatment of door and window openings.
• 3 Quarterly perimeter booster treatments includes: eaves, facia, soffit, foundation and perimeter soil. You Don't Need to be Home.

Our standard lawn schedule includes:

• January and winter months : Pre Emergent Weed Control, Post emergent weed control
• Early Spring: Weed control and complete time release granular fertilizer (Shrubs: systemic pest control)
• Spring and Early Summer: Weed Control and complete granular fertilizer (Shrubs: Granular fertilizer, weed control)
• Summer Months: Liquid fertilizer with iron and micro nutrients, plus pest control and spot weed control. (Shrubs: Granular fertilizer plus Disease and Pest Control)
• Late Summer and Early Fall: Complete granular fertilizer plus pest control plus weed control. (Shrubs: Granular fertilizer, pest, disease and weed control)
• Fall: Granular fertilizer plus weed control, pest control as needed
• Late Fall, Winter: Winterization, granular or liquid potash application, weed control
